Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or through our contact form. All bookings are subject to availability and therapist schedules.
We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours of booking. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to verify your reservation.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete necessary paperwork and prepare for your treatment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time to accommodate other clients.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a full charge for the booked service and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to therapist illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative appointment times.
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
All prices are listed in Romanian Lei (RON) and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. They can be applied toward any service or product of equal or lesser value.
Wellness programs and spa packages have specific terms regarding session scheduling, expiration dates, and transferability. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
You must disclose all relevant health information, including medical conditions, allergies, medications, injuries, and pregnancy. Failure to disclose pertinent health information may result in treatment refusal or modification.
